• 'INPUT' AND 'INVERTER' INDICATORS ARE 'ON' BUT ALARM SOUNDS.
• Rectifier failure, call for service.

• 'INPUT' AND 'BYPASS' INDICATOR ARE 'ON'
• Turn on the UPS. UPS overload, remove some load from the UPS. If problem persists, call for service.

• WHEN AC MAIN FAILURE, INVERTER DOES NOT WORK.
• Check battery fuse. If battery fuse is broken, replace with the same rating. If the fuse is blown again, call for service.

• NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN UPS AND COMPUTER.
• Install the interface cable and software. See software manual. If problem still persists, call for service.

• 'LINE ON' INDICATOR DOESN LIGHT UP.
• Check your main voltage. If main voltage is between 170Vac & 255Vac, call for service.

• NO OUTPUT VOLTAGE WHEN INPUT POWER FAILS.
• The batteries might be discharged completely. Recharge the batteries by keeping the main switch turned 'ON' for 10 hours. Retest the batteries by discharging again. If problem still persists, call for service

• INVERTER NOT WORKING WHEN AC FAILURE
• Problem in inverter circuit, call for service
